Hygiene and Safety
Air Conditioning
To avoid risks the spread of the virus through the air conditioning systems, we will double the sanitation frequency of the filters in the air-conditioners, which will be sanitized at each check-in.
Dispenser
In each area of the venue, dispensers will be available to customers and collaborators to dispense hand-sanitizing gel.
Safety Devices
Safety devices such as masks, gloves and hand-sanitizing gel will be available to all guests and contact personnel.
Rooms
We will intensify the sanitation procedures (with particular attention to the items frequently touched) using only certified product. All the rooms and common areas have windows that facilitate ventilation and air exchange
Training
All our staff is trained following the national and regional directives so that they can safely perform the assigned tasks.
Respect for distances
Casale Property
The property has the advantage of being spread out on a wide area (11 hectares) which has always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and where it is easy to maintain distance.
Common Areas
We will guarantee social distancing by particular attention to common areas such as swimming pools and panoramic terrace.
Wellbeing
The key word will be "outdoors". We will offer workshops and outdoor fitness classes for small groups (i.e yoga classes, fitness in our olive groves). Our wellbeing has always been focused on the territory and the space, and this year it will be even more.
Outdoor Activities
All activities will be proposed following and complying with the social distancing requirements.
Indoor Activities
All activities will be limited in number, so as to guarantee safety distances.
