Our property consists of five houses with a total of eighteen bedrooms and eighteen bathrooms to accommodate up to thirty-five guests with beds and three with sofa beds. There is a 4-star hotel a five-minute walk away where other guests can be accommodated. There are also rental houses a 10-minute walk away, and B&B and rental houses a 5-minute drive away. Prices for renting the entire property depend on the month, length of stay, and for short stays, whether midweek or weekend.

Exclusive Caterer and Florist for the Wedding Day
Our exclusive caterer provides a full reception service including tables, chairs, tablecloth, cutlery, and glasses for both cocktail hour and dinner. Sample menu and rates of the catering service exclusively for the wedding reception:
The same company will take care of the decorations and floral design for all the areas of the wedding day (Ceremony, cocktail hour, sit-down meal, dance area). This separate quote also includes design of all the areas, personal bouquets, stationery, and signage.

Pizza Party
The pizza party is a wonderful experience. Pizza is prepared in the venue's wood-burning oven outside. We serve several kinds of pizzas, focaccia, and sweet pizza as dessert. One bottle of wine is included for every three guests. Other meal options such as BBQ, Tuscan dinner and light lunch can be organized.
Breakfast
Breakfast service is optional for groups under 20 guests and required for groups over 20. We serve cold and hot milk, juices, espresso, American coffee, orange juice, teas, jam, bread, butter, croissant, valdostana (traditional tart from Lucca), grain biscotti, yogurt, fresh fruit, honey and cheese, omelet, cold cuts. The food is prepared fresh every morning. Breakfast may be upgraded to a brunch with additional cost to be determined.
