After the property was purchased by the current owners, we started clearing the estate. The decades-old olive trees, abandoned for years, were cleared and once again became productive to give an oil of rare quality.
An agricultural farm was recently created, which breeds cattle and horses and keeps bees, in addition to growing vegetables, fruit and olives.

Extra-virgin olive oil
Thanks to the purely natural methods used for cultivating our olive trees, the Casale de’ Pasquinelli oil is characterised by its unique taste and consistency.
Honey
From the surrounding vegetation, we, together with our bees, obtain Millefiori, acacia and chestnut honey
Animals
Our calves, usually belonging to the Limousin race, and chickens are also brought up on natural feeds produced by farmers in the province. This is a unique opportunity for your children and Nature lovers to spend time in contact with these nice funny animals.
