"I absolutely concur with all the other comments made in relation to Casale de Pasquinelli.But the real star is the host, Gabriele.I found him to be professional,effecient,courteous and extremely helpful.One of our group fell ill on a Sunday morning and although it was his day off Gabriele arranged everything to get our friend to the local A & E unit. He also took the time to call to the hospital later that day to check on her progress and kept us informed of everything. This was a great relief to us all and we were all very grateful for his help.I cannot recommend staying here highly enough and we hope to return in the future."

"Me and Lee wanted to say thank you so much for providing the perfect setting for our wedding this year. I dont think it could have gone to plan any better. All family and friends that attended have talked about coming back! Everyone fell in love with the place and couldnt speak highly enough of the services you provided for us during our stay. When we were stuck for transportation you helped us and it turned out to be better than our original original arrangments.
The rooms were decorated to such a high quality standard people would have expected it in a five star hotel! It exceeded all expectations! The one thing people enjoyed the most was the view people had from the houses. Every window had a different view of stunning scenery. The grounds were kept beautifully and for each group to be able to sit out at their own gazebo in the night time for dinner and a few glasses of wine was perfect.
We cannot talk highly enough about Casale de Pasquinelli. To be able to have our wedding there has meant that when we look back at photos or think about our wedding day we will remember how much more special it was beacuse we had it in such a beautiful place.
Thank you so much for making our wedding day into the most perfect day of our lives! We will remember your hospitaility always and what you provided for us in order for us to have the day we dreamed of.

"My now wife and I married at the villa and cannot speak highly enough of our entire experience in Lucca, staying at the villa and the hospitality of Gabriele.
Ourselves and our friends and family stayed at villa for one week in May. Most people flew into pisa, we arrived in bologna - both were fine. The villa itself is gorgeous, 4 beautiful houses and a lovely annex which allowed everyone a choice of being social and or simply enjoying one of the stunning views. Perfect for the family and friends which included a spread of generations.
The bedrooms were all very well done out with the majority having nice en suite bathrooms. The views from every room were breathtaking and it was fantastic to wake up to each morning.
Each kitchen was very well furbished with all modern appliances and the pool was fantastic and enjoyed by all, despite the pool volleyball rivalry!
There was a laundry room too which was perfect for last minute ironing.
Gabriele was a great host, nothing was a problem and any requests were always answered quickly.
Following our marriage in Lucca Town hall, we had a beautiful service on the gardens over looking the amazing views. After the service, we had dinner outside, followed with a fantastic party.
We would also highly recommend the pizza party that Gabriele can provide. The tables were very nice laid, every 10 mins or so, different pizza's were offered, including bruschetta and a lovely desert pizza to finish. The service also included water, coke and nice white and red wine.

Overall, I would love to think we'll return one day for an anniversary. My only concern is trying to repeat the amazing time we had with all our family and friends!!
I cannot recommend the villa highly enough.

"Casale de Pasquinelli is the perfect venue for any occasion with the perfect host to match. We booked it as the venue for our wedding and when we saw the Casale it was even better than we could have imagined - photos do not do it justice. Gabriele saw to our every need before, during and after the wedding. Gabriele helped us arrange the caterers, the transport and music all of which were within our budget but of the best quality, far better than any wedding we have experienced in England. By the end of it Gabriele was part of the family.
The secret to the Casale is that it is arranged so as to allow privacy but also caters for large parties. The individual houses are beautifully decorated with en-suite facilities and the cellar and outdoor kitchen mean that everyone can get together when they want.
As for the wedding day itself, Gabriele was there to see to our every need. We got married in the Town Hall and then returned to the Casale. We began with canapés and champagne by the pool accompanied by the wind quartet found by Gabriele. By the time the champagne was over it was time to head to the main house where we held the wedding breakfast. Once again Gabriele had done us proud, the decoration of the room and the food were absolutely superb - the catering staff had listened to all our requirements and exceeded them. The food (5 courses) was out of this world, the waiting staff offering seconds and the taste, michelin star (we are foodies so set the standard high). We then made our way to the cellar where we had set up our own music and lights and partied into the early hours. There were so many benefits to having it at the Casale, you could nip off to your room when you wanted to, get changed for the evening, no cork-age for the alcohol and
Gabriele gave us the freedom to decorate as we wished.
Most importantly, Gabriele wanted to make it the best he could for us. If we needed a table of 12 instead of 10 he got it, when we needed our train tickets picked up from the post office he went and got them and when we ordered a pizza party for the evening food he suggested it would be too much food (and he was right)so we had it the next day and it was marvellous.
Having read this review back it sounds almost too good to be true...well it is...it is perfect in every way. We have no hesitation in recommending it and cannot thank Gabriele enough."
